Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances once a purchase has been made. Please ensure that all information is correct before placing your order.

Defective / Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While I do my best to quality check and ensure all prodcuts are functional and visually appealing, receiving a defective item could still happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
