Cancellation policy

Many items in our store are made-to-order/pre-orders. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Made to Orrder/Pre-orders
When you purchase a made-to-order/pre-order item, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Supplies will be ordered and production will begin soon after purchase. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, changes cannot be made to a product under any circumstances once a purchase has been made. Please ensure that all information is correct before placing your order.
